Audio Hijack records audio from any source on a Mac. The application block targets a single program such as Safari or FaceTime, the device block records from microphones, mixers and other inputs, and the system audio source captures everything playing on the machine at once. Beyond recording, built-in blocks such as Magic Boost, Volume and Simple Compressor adjust the sound, and the captured audio can be routed into another application. Live Stream output sends audio to RTMP servers for online streaming, and the Broadcast output targets Shoutcast and Icecast servers for internet radio.
