Anytype is a local-first workspace for private chats, documents and databases. Documents use a block-based editor with text, lists, images, videos, files, links, tables and nested pages, while databases track people, tasks and resources. Everything you create lives on your own device with local, on-device encryption, and only you hold the encryption keys. There is no server in the middle, so the app keeps working offline and syncs peer to peer over local networks. Objects can be viewed as a table, a kanban board or a gallery, and templates and widgets help compose pages.
